Privacy · version 2026-08-20

Your data, handled carefully.

Effective August 20, 2026. This notice explains the information used to operate Pacific Crest Capital membership services.

Information we use

We use account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifier and subscription status to provide access, billing and support. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

When you accept membership terms or a risk disclosure, we retain the accepted document version and text, acceptance date and time, account and email identifiers, source page, selected plan, Stripe Checkout Session identifier when applicable, IP address and browser user-agent. These records document the transaction, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and help resolve disputes.

Service providers

Supabase and enabled identity providers process account authentication. Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, billing changes and its own checkout consent record. Cloudflare hosts the website, database and operational traffic. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to deliver the service, authenticate members, administer subscriptions, record legal consent, secure the platform, respond to support requests and comply with law. We do not sell payment-card details. Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Retention and contact

Account and operational data are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described. Transaction and legal-consent records may be kept after account closure where reasonably required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute-resolution purposes.

Privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests can be sent to hello@pacificcrestcapital.ca. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request when required or permitted by law.
