No custody or execution

Pacific Crest Capital does not accept deposits, custody subscriber assets, manage subscriber portfolios, connect to subscriber brokerage accounts or execute subscriber trades. You retain exclusive control of your brokerage account and orders.

Loss of capital

Active, intraday and swing trading involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. Volatility, leverage, gaps, liquidity constraints and operational failures can produce losses greater or faster than expected. Depending on the product and account, you may lose all capital committed and can sometimes owe additional amounts.

Model and alert limitations

Model trades describe a research process, not the return a subscriber will earn. Alerts can be delayed, duplicated, omitted or received after price has moved. Market orders, limit orders, stops and exits may fill differently—or not at all. Never use this service as your only position-monitoring or risk-control system.

Performance limitations

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtested, hypothetical or simulated results benefit from hindsight and do not represent actual execution. Even live model results can omit or differ from commissions, fees, slippage, spread, liquidity, borrowing costs, taxes and individual position sizing.

Any performance presentation should be read with its stated period, sample size, methodology and assumptions. Percentage results do not describe what is suitable for you.

Conflicts and positions

Pacific Crest Capital and its principals may hold or trade a security discussed on the platform and may profit or lose from that position. Security-specific financial interests or compensation that must be disclosed should appear clearly with the relevant communication; users should consider those disclosures before acting.

Market and technology risk

Exchanges, data vendors, TradingView, webhooks, hosting, internet access and member devices can fail or provide delayed, incomplete or inaccurate information. Website timestamps and charts do not guarantee tradability, availability, receipt time or execution at a displayed price.
