Terms of use · version 2026-08-20
Membership terms.
Effective August 20, 2026. These terms govern access to the Pacific Crest Capital research platform and member services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement and affirmatively accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Financial Risk Disclosure. Required acceptance is recorded with your account identifier, email, document version, date and time, and technical request information.
If these terms change materially, continued access may require a new affirmative acceptance. The version accepted at signup and checkout is retained as part of the service record.
Membership
A paid membership provides personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable access to member research, model-trade updates and platform tools for the active billing period. Account sharing, automated extraction, redistribution, republication and commercial reuse are prohibited.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual schedule until cancelled. Price and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Billing changes, payment-method updates and cancellations are managed through Stripe's secure customer portal.
Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Pacific Crest Capital.
Information service only
Pacific Crest Capital provides general educational market research and model-trade information. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, accounting or tax advice; assess your objectives, finances or suitability; act as your broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary; accept or custody your assets; or place trades in your account.
A model-trade alert is not an instruction or invitation for you to buy or sell. You decide independently whether, when and how to trade and should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Trading and performance risk
Trading securities, derivatives, leveraged products and digital assets can result in rapid and substantial losses, including loss of all capital committed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Backtested, hypothetical, simulated and model results have inherent limitations. Live results can differ because of slippage, commissions, liquidity, taxes, latency, position sizing and execution. Read the complete Financial Risk Disclosure before using the service.
Conflicts and positions
Pacific Crest Capital and its principals may hold or trade securities discussed on the platform before, during or after publication. Any financial interest, issuer payment, referral arrangement or other security-specific conflict that is legally required to be disclosed must be disclosed clearly with the relevant research or trade communication.
Data, alerts and availability
Market feeds, TradingView alerts, webhooks, internet services and third-party platforms can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. A timestamp reflects when an event was recorded by the platform and does not promise that you received it at the same time or could obtain the same price.
The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete data, profitability or identical execution. You must maintain your own risk controls and should never rely on the website as the only way to monitor a position.
Responsibility and liability
You are solely responsible for your account security, trading decisions, position size, orders, taxes, regulatory obligations, gains and losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Crest Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or trading losses arising from reliance on content, delayed alerts, data errors or service interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
